TERMS & CONDITIONS

Goods will not be despatched until paid for.

Payments can be made via this website and cannot be taken over the telephone.

Cheques will be accepted made payable to The West Country Hamper Company Ltd, goods will be despatched once the payment has cleared.

We always try to supply exactly what is shown in our hampers and gifts. On the very rare occasion we become temporarily out of stock of an item we reserve the right to substitute items of a similar value across our lines. If you find them unacceptable upon receipt, you can return them for a refund.

We cannot accept returned goods that have been used, opened, resealed or damaged.

In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged, you will be sent a replacement item or issued a refund.

Refunds will only be sent upon return of the damaged goods, of which return postage costs will be at your own expense.

No one under the age of 18 is permitted to purchase any items containing alcohol from The West Country Hamper Company.

Please note that some of our products contain nuts.

All of our food and beverage items are quality and best before date checked, we wil not accept liability for any allergic reactions or medical problems you may have to/with any of our products sold.

Last orders placed on the web site that we can guarantee for delivery before Christmas are the 20th December.

All cancellations must be informed to us either by email or telephone no later 24 hours after order is placed as we process, pack and arrange for courier collection within 24 hours of the order being placed.
